As a Quality Operator
, you’ll play a key role in supporting the quality department including inspection, the CMM Lab, and Calibration. You will be a resource for our quality team while staying aligned with our core values:

- Operate automated inspection equipment, hand tools, and instruments to inspect machined products for imperfections and ensure quality.
- Read and interpret blueprints and proficiently to ensure product compliance.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection and test results per customer requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability in accordance with AS9100 and ISO 13485 standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and members of other departments.
- Maintain a safe working environment, upholding a proactive safety culture by identifying and addressing potential hazards.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to express ideas, share information, listen actively, and demonstrate professionalism in written and verbal communications.
- Promotes a sense of urgency to expedite work through area.
- Ensure all internal and external customers receive positive service experiences.
- Ability to learn and comprehend blueprints.
- Able to make effective and timely decisions.
- Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in various computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
