Liquid Line Operator

Cargill is seeking a dependable Liquid Line Operator to support our manufacturing operations in food production. In this role, you will operate and monitor liquid processing, filling, and packaging lines to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent output. Responsibilities include start-up and shutdown procedures, line changeovers, basic equipment inspections, and routine quality checks to meet food safety and quality standards. You will follow strict safety and sanitation protocols, maintain accurate production records, and work closely with maintenance and teammates to resolve issues, minimize downtime, and achieve production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust liquid filling and packaging lines
• Perform start-up, shutdown, and changeover procedures
• Conduct basic equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
• Monitor product quality and perform routine checks
• Follow all safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures
• Accurately record production data and downtime
• Coordinate with maintenance on equipment issues
• Maintain clean, organized work area per GMP standards
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and minimize waste
