Role OverviewAre you someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and witnessing the immediate impact of your efforts? As a Merchandising Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in the shopping experience by transforming every aisle into well-organized displays. This hands‑on position offers visible results from your work each day, making a real difference to how consumers shop.
Key Responsibilities- Travel between various store locations, typically servicing one store each day.
- Accurately reset shelves and products according to new layouts using a planogram.
- Move shelves, fixtures, tags, and merchandise as needed.
- Submit timely reports and photos documenting your progress.
- Communicate with your supervisor regarding your progress, needs, and any issues that arise.
- Are comfortable in a highly physical role involving standing, lifting, and repetitive movements throughout the day, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Have reliable transportation to get to assigned stores.
- Are at least 18 years old.
- Possess self‑motivation, attention to detail, and a results‑driven mindset.
- Enjoy working independently or as part of a team.
