NOW HIRING MAINTENANCE PROFESSIONAL PART-TIME
Join our team keeping Cedar Crest Apartments a great place to call home. We’re seeking a skilled, dependable professional who takes pride in their craft.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Complete work orders for residents promptly
- Prepare vacant units for new occupancy
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance
- Maintain property, grounds, and common areas
- Repairs: minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and more
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of apartment maintenance and repairs
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry & drywall
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
- Competitive wages & benefits
- Flexible part-time schedule: avg. 12-18 hours/week
