This hybrid Accounting & Systems Analyst position is critical for supporting both financial operations and ERP system functionality across the organization.

The role ensures data integrity within the ERP, supports essential month-end close activities, and provides crucial first-level system and user support.

  Support financial operations and ERP system functionality by maintaining data integrity, aiding month-end close, and providing first-level system and user support.

• Financial Operations:
  Support month-end and year-end close processes, prepare journal entries, and perform account reconciliations to ensure financial data accuracy.
• ERP System Management:
  Monitor and troubleshoot ERP system processes and resolve issues involving financial transactions, inventory, and reporting data.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
  Develop and maintain SQL queries and reporting tools, extracting and validating data for financial and operational analysis.
• User & System Support:
  Serve as the first point of contact for ERP and application-related support issues, assisting with basic IT tasks and coordinating with internal teams.
• Inventory & Compliance:
  Assist in inventory accounting processes, prepare related reports, and ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal control requirements.

• Background:
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 1 year of general accounting experience (internship experience considered), with a preference for experience in a corporate accounting environment or public accounting firm and working with ERP systems or enterprise financial software.
• Skills:
  
  Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis and reporting, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, capability to reconcile and validate large datasets, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills to support non-technical users.
• Bonus:
  Experience with inventory accounting and supply chain processes, exposure to system integrations, data workflows, or reporting tools, interest in process improvement, automation, and system optimization, and the ability to bridge communication between accounting and IT teams.
