Hillside Senior Living is a personal care facility located in Montoursville, PA. We pride ourselves in the care, compassion, dignity, and safety of our residents and employees. We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking to expand our team. We believe in developing our employees and promoting from within!

Purpose:

Responsible for housekeeping of assigned wing rooms, common areas, and assisting the needs of the residents.

The shift time for this position is 7:00am-3:00pm.

The starting pay for this position is $13.50.

• Be ethical, respectful, responsive, reliable, authentic, innovative and empathetic.
• Follow cleaning schedule established by the Director of Housekeeping for that day.
• Clean assigned areas, furnishings, fixtures, movable and stationary furniture.
• Empty trash bins and clean bathroom showers, sinks, toilets.
• Vacuuming carpets in rooms, common areas, and hallways.
• Disinfect floors, walls, bathrooms;
  Wash windows and furniture.
• Replenish bathroom supplies and toiletries for residents.
• Dusting and sanitizing surfaces such as baseboards, stairways, elevators, entrances and exits.
• Reporting supply and equipment needs to the Housekeeping Director.
• Stripping beds and reapplying residents sheets to bed.
• Laundry for the bed sheets and residents clothes.
• Observations of residents and report of changes in level of care or behavior to the CMT on that floor.

• Previous experience in housekeeping in a senior living facility preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be flexible to work up to a 10 hour shift e/o weekend and holiday
