This outpatient opportunity offers a predictable Monday - Friday, dayshift schedule (8:00am-4:30pm & 8:30am-5:0pmt), along with rotating Saturday morning coverage (8:00am-12:00pm). - $5,000 | 2-year commitment | Recent graduates and LPNs with 0-1 years of experience
- $7,500 | 2-year commitment | LPNs with 1+ years of experience
Provides professional nursing care to office patients under supervision of patient care providers.
Responsibilities:- Draw blood.
- Administer medications, including oral, SQ, IM, and IV drip therapies.
- Perform IV therapy under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
- Assist physicians with examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments.
- Assess patients' general condition, including vital signs and weight.
- Promote wellness through patient education and by communicating physician instructions and recommendations.
- Document patient care activities, interventions, patient and family responses, and medications in the medical record.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of medical records and patient information.
- Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including those established by OSHA, CLIA, and the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
