Executive Assistant – Investment Team

Role SummaryIn this role, you will provide executive-level administrative support to our Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and NLG Capital Leadership team. You will also plan, organize, and manage special projects to deliver against our strategic objectives, interface with external partners, and coordinate with leadership throughout the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective administrative support to the CIO and leadership team.
- Draft communications, collaborate on messaging, and manage information flow.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, itineraries, and manage expense reports.
- Plan, organize, and execute events such as meetings, team‑building activities, luncheons, client dinners, and special projects.
- Maintain day‑to‑day administrative affairs of the CIO with confidentiality and discretion, anticipate needs, and bring together resources.
- Track and support completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding action items.
- Provide sophisticated calendar management, prioritize inquiries, troubleshoot conflicts, and make recommendations with judgment.
- Manage departmental operations such as onboarding and inventory needs.
- Collaborate with other administrative professionals to assemble, format, and proofread business documents and communications.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Investment/asset manager experience.
- Extensive administrative experience as a C‑suite executive assistant.
- Experience in project coordination.
- High‑level interpersonal skills for sensitive/confidential situations.
- Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
- Self‑starter who works without direct supervision and resolves problems independently.
- Ability to manage multiple competing tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of various software applications and ability to learn new systems.
- Willingness and availability to meet business needs.
- Efficient completion of assignments with high quality and attention to detail.
- Availability to work onsite Monday–Thursday, with flexibility on Fridays.
- Ability to pass a background check.

CompensationBase Pay Range: The base pay range for this position is based on factors such as experience, education, and market conditions. The final salary may differ based on individual circumstances.
Hourly Pay Range: $34 – $50 USD.
The total compensation package may include medical, financial, and other benefits, such as 401(k) eligibility, paid time off, and discretionary annual incentive programs. The position is at‑will.
