• Coordinate with all levels of the company, including executive and management, to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding innovation, technology, relationships, growth and profitability.
• Advanced Power BI developer
• Write complex SQL statements
• Basic python knowledge
• Drive and support strategic decisions with data
• Partner with and provide support to all department’s analytical needs through ad hoc queries, data visualizations, departmental dashboards, data analysis, and post-project monitoring
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual reports and in-depth commentary
• Prepare regulatory and reinsurance reporting
• Establish databases of pertinent information for use in analyzing future plans and forecasts
• Perform complex analysis in an evolving data environment
• Analyze financial information to determine present and future financial performance
• Provide investment support, research, and prepare presentations
• Assist with special projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Analytics or equivalent education and experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry preferred but not required.
