POSITION SUMMARY:The National Life Group Internship Program was developed to provide real workplace learning and growth opportunities for undergraduate students. Over the years the program has provided students with the opportunity to engage in meaningful, career-relevant work at National Life Group in preparation for full-time employment.
This position currently offers an onsite work schedule, with the expectation that you are in the office four (4) days per week during onsite core days. Our current onsite core days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The work schedule type and core days are subject to change with advance notification and manager discretion.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Collect and assess learning evaluation results and tracking metrics.
- Support development of internal marketing and communication plans to promote and raise awareness for programming and initiatives.
- Assist our Key Account Managers who work to support our agents’ sales activities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to conduct business analytics and industry research, transforming data-driven insights into strategic opportunities that support shared goals and drive informed decision-making.
- Assist with the market research on various markets we are looking to open.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- Pursuing Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology or Business Management.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.00

Skills:
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, and Microsoft Word - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
