The role manages multiple projects from planning through closeout with typical values of $2M–$10M and durations from 6 months to 2 years. Onsite work in Middlesex/Waitsfield, VT with weekly or biweekly travel to job sites in the Northeast.
Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years PM experience in heavy civil or related fields; PMP is a plus and travel is expected. Procore and Oracle/P6 proficiency is required.
