Maximus is seeking Limited Service Call Center Supervisors to support the New Jersey State-Based Exchange (NJ SBE) program. This role leads a team of customer service representatives, ensures quality standards, service levels, productivity goals, and operational requirements are met while delivering an exceptional consumer experience.
The Call Center Supervisor will oversee daily operations, provide coaching and performance management, manage staffing, and assist with escalated issues.
