Associate Teacher

Position

Associate Teacher - Crowley Center

Location:

Crowley Center, Lincoln Park, MI 48146

• Previous experience in Early Childhood Program preferred
• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
• Associate Degree in Child Development and/or CDA already obtained – Preferred
• Completion of Early Childhood Development college course hours (at least
  3) for compliance plan
• Must meet State and Federal Legal Requirements
• Must be punctual and maintain good attendance

Alternative qualifications may be considered at the discretion of the Board of Education and/or Superintendent.

• Assist teacher with assessments, lesson planning, and participate in a classroom of 3-5 year old children
• Assist Lead Teacher with small and large groups of children
• Participate in home visits and parent-teacher conferences
• Maintain strict child, family, and staff confidentiality

Other duties as assigned.
