This role oversees Netflix’s live services games from a production perspective, managing roadmaps, scoping, dependencies, and launch of content updates. The producer works with external development partners across multiple titles. Responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact for external developers, creating project and milestone schedules, planning launch content update plans, and maintaining ongoing improvement plans. The producer manages testing and balancing during all live operations of a title from launch onwards.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure priorities are executed and roadmaps are aligned.
• Identify and lead tasks to provide the team and developers with objectives, frameworks, and priorities needed to make the titles a hit.
• Work with business development and creative teams to make the right decisions for developers and players, ensuring we meet title goals.
• Provide feedback, improve, and enforce the live production method for the portfolio, including pipelines and processes.
• Assist PMs in financial control of individual content updates and live production plans.
• Resolve complex product issues creatively and with necessary solutions to keep progress on track.
• Identify risks early and remove roadblocks and performance bottlenecks.
• Contribute to a healthy team culture based on communication, transparency, and shared context.

• 3+ years of live production experience, preferably in mobile gaming.
• 7+ years of experience in video game production, including shipping and/or running live updates on multiple games (social, F2P, mobile, web, console, handheld).
• Experience in planning and execution, especially for release/live operations in gaming.
• Strong knowledge of live production, common challenges, and tailored solutions for cross-functional teams.
• Experience resolving complex functional tasks with successful delivery of exceptional, timely, and balanced scope, capacity, budget, risk, and time.
• Ability to influence without positional authority.
• Creative problem solving and innovative planning skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Passion for video games and software innovation that enhances player experience.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $500,000 annually (base salary only). Compensation varies based on market, role specifics, experience, and other factors.
