As a Client Service Specialist, you will work closely with our Client Portfolio Managers and Operations Team, focusing on opening and maintaining client accounts, providing clients and advisor partners a high level of service, and assisting in various marketing and investment activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build relationships and deliver superior service to our clients and advisor partners.
• Assist clients and advisors in settling estate cases.
• Manage incoming client and advisor partner requests.
• Gather information and ensure accurate account setup in both advisor partner and Maple systems.
• Configure and train clients on our portal.
• Effectively communicate progress with other team members.
• Process money movements and assist with charitable giving requests.
• Additional account maintenance requests.
• Build trusting relationships and serve as a liaison for clients.
• Accurately enter and update client information in our databases and systems.
• Review and audit data for accuracy and provide data and reports to team members as needed.
• Provide support to our business development and internal marketing team.

• The ability to handle competing priorities with grace and composure.
• A desire to serve clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and is comfortable interacting with colleagues, and clients.
• Over 2 years of financial services experience (preferred).
• A true interest in the investment profession.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (preferred).
• Experience with Client Relationship Software (preferred).
