Through hands-on guidance with daily living skills, meal planning, vocational activities, medication routines, and treatment and recovery planning, you help residents build the skills they need to succeed beyond the residential setting. Summary of Duties Provide direct residential support to adults with intensive mental health needs in a licensed care home Assist residents with activities of daily living, including meal planning, meal preparation, medication routines, and community integration
Support residents in achieving vocational, educational, and personal recovery goals through skill-building, encouragement, and positive role modeling
Accompany residents to medical, psychiatric, and community appointments as needed
Monitor, document, and communicate resident progress, behavioral changes, and concerns in accordance with care plans and agency requirements
Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive residential environment while following regulatory standards and house guidelines
Collaborate with nursing staff, clinicians, and other team members to ensure coordinated, person-centered car Compensation and BenefitsWCMHS provides a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a generous retirement contribution match. The starting pay range for this position is $20.25 - $21.08 per hour Summary of QualificationsB.A. In psychology or Human Services preferred
Previous work with psychiatric population is desirable
Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and own reliable transportation
Must be able to pass criminal background checks
The ability to deliver services and complete treatment notes in English Work Conditions All programs will have schedules that include shifts in normal business hours, evening hours and sleep overnight hours.
