• 7+ years of Workday experience
• Deep expertise in Workday Grants Management
• Strong understanding of the research administration lifecycle
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and driving initiatives through the full system development lifecycle
• Relevant Workday certifications are a strong plus
