The role involves analyzing business processes, resolving production issues, managing system enhancements, and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to improve system performance and user experience.
This is a hybrid position located in Montpelier working with the Agency of Digital Services.### Key qualifications
* Associate's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or related field plus 3+ years of experience in data administration, business analysis, or computer programming
* Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in systems configuration and process improvement
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and familiarity with systems development lifecycle
