Our Risk Management team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Risk Management Analytics and Productivity Officer.
In this role, you will design, develop, automate, and maintain quantitative and qualitative risk dashboards, reports, and productivity tools to support effective risk management. You will leverage data engineering, analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML) to enhance risk monitoring, reporting, and decision-making across Credit, Capital, Market, Interest Rate, Liquidity, and Operational Risk domains.

What the role will entail
- Build, maintain, and optimize automated data pipelines, workflows, and reporting solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Design scalable analytics and reporting solutions using Databricks, Power BI, SQL, Python, and Microsoft 365 tools while ensuring compliance with data governance and security standards.
- Leverage artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), advanced analytics, and intelligent automation technologies to streamline data collection, validation, reconciliation, reporting, approvals, and other business processes.
- Perform data quality checks, reconciliations, and validation procedures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of risk data and analytics outputs.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, data dictionaries, methodologies, and user guides, in accordance with governance requirements.
- Support compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and model governance standards through effective controls, documentation, and risk reporting practices.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Accountancy, or a related field; professional certifications such as FRM or PRM are an advantage.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Risk Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Risk Reporting, AI/ML solutions, workflow automation, or related areas.
- Proficiency in Databricks, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, R, SQL, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience working with large datasets, automated reporting environments, data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, dashboard development, and data visualization tools.
- Background in banking, financial services, regulatory reporting, or risk management is highly desirable.
