Job Responsibilities & Requirements

The Helpdesk Analyst provides front line technical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the bank

The person in this role must have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software systems

This individual must provide exceptional customer service and have strong communication skills with a commitment to providing a positive support experience

This individual must have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues efficiently

High school diploma or equivalent is required as well as two or more years in an IT support environment

Compensation

Base compensation range at hire (dependent on experience) : $23.50 - $26.50 per hour
