We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented HRIS Specialist to join the Deparment of Human Resources. This position provides advanced functional support for HCM, acting as a key resource for troubleshooting system issues and responding to escalated user inquiries.
Responsibilities include performing data audits, maintaining data integrity, and creating and using standard reports to ensure accuracy, and supporting configuration changes. The HRIS Specialist collaborates with HR teams, technology teams, while also assisting with testing of software updates and new functionality.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Oracle People Soft or Workday HCM, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively to non-technical users.
This position is based in Montpelier, VT and will require days in office.
