Apply on the Vermont portal→Applications go through the state’s official system — Civic Works only tracks the posting.## Summary The Forest Resilience Project Manager coordinates all aspects of the Growing Vermont's Forest Resilience grant for the Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation, managing project implementation, partner coordination, sub-awards, and federal compliance. The role involves developing work plans and budgets, serving as the principal point of contact for partner organizations and stakeholders, and ensuring timely submission of deliverables and reporting to the US Forest Service.

This limited-service position, funded through Spring 2029, requires strong project management, grant administration, and stakeholder coordination skills.### Key qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in financial management, grants administration, or related field plus 3+ years professional experience in accounting, financial auditing, or grants administration
* Master's degree in business or public administration plus 2+ years professional financial management experience
* 5+ years professional-level experience in accounting, financial auditing, grants administration, or financial affairs management
* Project management and grant administration skills
* Stakeholder coordination and communication abilities
* Familiarity with forest stewardship and natural resources preferred
