Process Technician

We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Process Technician tosupport manufacturing operations through equipment setup,process monitoring,and issue resolution. This role is critical to ensuring machines operate efficiently and production goals are consistently met.

• Set up and start up production equipment in accordance with work instructions and safety protocols
• Monitor equipment performance and adjust process parameters to maintain quality and efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or operational issues with minimal supervision
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs to avoid downtime
• Maintain detailed records of machine logs, downtime, and process changes
• Collaborate with quality and production teams to meet output and compliance targets

• 2+ years of experience in a production or process technician role in amanufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and follow technical work instructions and process documentation
• Basic understanding of process controls and industrial equipment
• Good communication and teamwork skills; able to lead or assist across shifts
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and operate forklifts or other equipment as needed
