Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Delphi Healthcare is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established Urology practice in Vermont, located near the Rutland area. This is a hospital-employed position offering an excellent work-life balance, autonomy in patient care, and long-term stability.

You'll be joining a respected regional medical center serving a broad patient population across western Vermont and surrounding communities. Minimum Education- Master's Degree in Nursing or
- Graduate of an AMA-approved Physician Assistant program
- Minimum of 2 years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience in Urology or a related specialty
- Vermont licensure as a Nurse Practitioner with national certification or
- Vermont licensure as a Physician Assistant with NCCPA certification
- Unit-specific certifications as required (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC, as applicable)
- Completion of required patient/visitor de-escalation and restraint training per department guidelines
