What You'll Do
- Conduct medical history and physical assessments to promote health and prevent illness
- Provide education and guidance to team members on communicable diseases and wellness initiatives.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure team members' safety and recovery
- Respond quickly to incidents and emergencies to provide first aid and other emergency care, such as CPR, as needed
Work Environment
- Temperature-controlled manufacturing environment with regular exposure to cold
- Occasional exposure to vibration
- Loud noise levels typical of manufacturing operations

- Army: 68W (Combat Medic Specialist), 68C (Practical Nursing Specialist), 68D (Operating Room Specialist), 68X (Behavioral Health Specialist)
- Air Force: 4N0X1 (Aerospace Medical Service), 4N1X1 (Surgical Service), 4A0X1 (Health Services Management)
- Navy: HM (Hospital Corpsman), HM-8404 (Field Medical Service Technician)
- Marine Corps: HM (Hospital Corpsman – assigned to Marine units), medical support roles aligned to Fleet Marine Force
- Coast Guard: HS (Health Services Technician)
Requirements (Must Haves)
- Education:
Current unrestricted state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) is required. - Experience:
1+ years of nursing experience is preferred but not required. Occupational Health experience is not required. We will train on the job! - Computer
Skills:
Basic computer skills and comfort with electronic medical documentation. - Communication
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to get along with others. - Special
Skills:
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Physical Requirements:
Must be able to walk unassisted through the plant, quickly respond to medical emergencies, climb stairs, assess team members swiftly, and perform CPR if required; ensure team members and supervisors are following prescribed modified restricted duty requirements.

LPN Compensation Range: $23.08-$38.46
RN Compensation Range: $30.29-$51.44
