BAYADA Hospice is seeking a compassionate Full Time Hospice On Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Colchester, VT. This role serves hospice clients across Lamoille, Grand Isle, Chittenden, Franklin and Washington counties, performing after-hours visits and on-call duties as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements include a VT RN license and a minimum of one year of clinical experience. Home health/hospice experience is preferred; EMR familiarity is a plus.
