Registered Nurse - Long Term Care/SNF
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required at the time of submission. Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required. Previous travel nursing experience required. Current AHA BLS certification required. Must be comfortable caring for residents with dementia. Must be willing to float to other units as needed. Must work 12-hour day shifts, including at least every other weekend; no block scheduling.
7-year background check (including nationwide, county court searches, FACIS Level 3, and Sex Offender Registry) required within 18 months of start date; FACIS Level 3 and VCIC must be within 30 days of start. Complete work history with bed count, EMR, facility type, and explanations for employment gaps over 90 days is required. Reliable personal transportation is required.
