Responsibilities- The Land Conservation Manager will be integral to achieving Northeast Wilderness Trust’s ambitious strategic goals, including our objective to conserve 160,000 acres by 2030.
- This position will work closely with Land Conservation staff to research, manage, and close fee acquisitions and conservation easements for the organization.
- The Land Conservation Manager will dedicate a considerable amount of time to managing due diligence tasks, tracking deadlines, drafting and reviewing transactional documents, and proactively problem solving in collaboration with staff, attorneys, and third-party contractors.
- Additionally, the Land Conservation Manager will assist with GIS mapping and site visits across our service area.
