Guest Service Supervisor

Job Summary

Our Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for accomplishing store objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes directed by management.

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform all job duties implemented by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to help perform specific tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels (including employees being supervised).
• Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes.
• Responsible for all cash processes, including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Always replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.

• Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to access all areas of the store (selling floor, stock area, register area).
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and lift up to 25lbs during a shift.
• Work in intermittent temperatures (e.g., cooler, outside).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Pay Range: $16.82 - $20.24 per hour. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. The Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time.
