Hunger Mountain Co-op is hiring substitutes to cover absences and planned time off. Substitutes are paid hourly, accrue paid time off, and receive an employee discount on Co‑op purchases. They may work up to 40 hours weekly and must meet a 48-hour quarterly minimum to maintain substitute status.
Reports to the Deli Assistant Manager. Common roles include cashier, grocery clerk, and prepared foods worker, with duties across customer service, food prep, and department maintenance.
