Hourly Rate: $20 - $22 per hour, plus stipend for travel.

• Perform job‑specific instruction provided by superintendents, blasting supervisors, or drill operators.
• Maintain a safety‑mindset and work effectively in varying weather conditions.
• Be prepared for out‑of‑town travel and overtime.
• Carry out daily maintenance activities for safe, efficient operation of assigned equipment.
• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
• Learn and execute drill patterns and terminology as established by the blaster foreman.
• Inventory accessories and understand their cost; maintain drill accessories.
• Communicate problems and terrain conditions to the blaster/foreman.
• Accurately complete and submit the field accounting system paperwork: drill reports, hole sheets, and signed timecards.
• Perform daily meetings as needed: foreman, safety, job‑specific, and daily heads‑up.
• Complete Driller I training within the designated period.
• Work unsupervised while maintaining a sense of urgency.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Equipment operating experience is helpful (earth moving construction equipment, farm equipment, timber harvesting equipment, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with own transportation.
• Experience as a construction laborer.
• Strong common sense regarding equipment and machinery operation.
• Mechanical aptitude based on past experience with equipment, motors, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Successful completion of ATF screenings.

• Perform essential functions of the position.
• Lift 50–100 lbs. 30–40% of the time.
• Work on uneven and loose surfaces in varying weather conditions.
• Stoop and bend 30–40% of the time.
• Demonstrate physical agility.
