Building Operations Technician

Agent Locations: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York State, Rhode Island and Vermont.

We are seeking a well‑rounded individual to join our facilities team to perform a wide variety of routine facility and maintenance tasks in and around our buildings on two campuses during the second shift, 12 pm‑9 pm. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated and capable of performing a variety of general maintenance tasks, including minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting projects. They take pride in delivering high‑quality work, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and consistently adhere to all safety standards while maintaining our 50,000‑square‑foot facility.
