Duties & Responsibilities:
Mastering the art of interior painting
Showcasing your green thumb through expert groundskeeping
Embracing the winter wonderland with efficient snow shoveling
Stepping in as a backup for Janitorial and Housekeeping Perfecting the craft of taping and mudding drywall/MDOSkillfully replacing drywall/MDOBecoming a door hanging and hardware installation maestro
Unleashing your creativity through woodworking/carpentry
Navigating plumbing/heating challenges with ease Illuminating spaces with your electrical expertise
Other exciting duties as assigned
Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED. Must possess a clean driving record.
Knowledge and
Competencies:
plumbing and heating (min. 2 years of self-directed, independent work experience) carpentry at all levels (min. 1 year); electrical (min. 3 years); roofing (min 2 years) excellent knowledge of drafting and engineering skills, as well as the ability to read and translate blueprints
Appliance and furnace repair knowledge and experience a plus
Must have a minimum of one year past experience in flooring, painting, vinyl and wood sidings and trim
