Join us as we modernize Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems utilizing large language models (LLMs) and AI agents. This innovative work allows clinicians to prioritize patient care while minimizing administrative tasks.

We are seeking expert AI engineers to create and maintain high-volume, scalable, cloud-based data processing pipelines. You will transform and analyze enormous datasets within the healthcare sector, facilitating robust business insights across EHR and RCM systems. Employing LLMs, AI agents, and contemporary data platforms, you will tackle challenges like clinical decision support, revenue optimization, and workflow automation, all while using AI-driven development tools for fast iteration.

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines and automated AI workflows.
• Create LLM and agent-based solutions for specific business challenges (revenue loss, readmissions, automation).
• Take ownership of features from data ingestion to transformation and insightful outputs.
• Enhance systems for high performance, scalability, and low latency.
• Guide junior engineers and actively participate in design decisions.

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python or Java programming languages.
• Strong command of SQL.
• Extensive expertise in data engineering, including ETL, transformation, and data modeling (Spark, SQL).
• Experience developing high-scale distributed data systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure).
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead on a complex SaaS/IaaS project across various functional domains.
• Able to interpret complex functional or product requirements and align them effectively.
• Skilled in collaborating with technical partners to convert ambiguous requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Experience managing all stages of development, evaluation, and deployment for multi-faceted features.
• Knowledge of working with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience blending coding with the strategic use of AI-driven solutions for rapid prototyping and delivery of reliable code.
• Familiarity with using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar models to enhance productivity.

• Experience with agent-based architectures or GenAI platforms.
• Background in healthcare technology or digital health systems.
• Understanding of EHR systems and RCM processes.
• Knowledge of healthcare coding standards (ICD, CPT).

This role may require compliance with applicable regulations, including immunization mandates and potential drug testing.

The hiring salary range for this position is from $96,800 to $251,600 annually, potentially including bonuses, equity, and compensation deferral.
