• Layout and enforce key gameplay and engine features independently or in a supervisory capacity over large engineering or cross‑disciplinary groups.
• Collaborate with Director and venture leads to outline technical specifications for large systems.
• Collaborate across engineering disciplines to expand verticals that improve performance and outstanding results.
• Display know‑how and mastery over multiple areas of the codebase.
• Mentor, motivate, and inspire junior engineers.
• Lead cross‑disciplinary discussions to progress functions from preliminary concept to completion.
• Set up, practice, and enforce coding standards and first‑class practices for branch and mission groups.
• Cooperate with other engineers to organize, update, and control shared libraries of property and process files.
• Exemplify reliability, duty, and professionalism in all work‑related interactions.
• Lead by example, building a robust sense of reason and community, and promoting a culture of excellence.

• Expert programming and architectural competencies across multiple environments.
• Capable of objectively reviewing code and providing constructive feedback.

• Computer technology, engineering, or related degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience delivering production‑level code in a professional environment.
• Experience delivering multiple successful Unity 3D products to market.
• Experience with iOS or Android mobile development in Unity.
• Experience supporting live operations.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, or similar issue‑tracking software.

Core hours: 10am to 6pm CST. Availability for meetings during core hours is required.
