As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible to maintain and service a profitable book of business based upon the company’s objectives and individual business plans.

Your Day as a Client Service Representative
Request and follow up with insurers and/or clients for outstanding information, endorsements or policy documentation.Prepare proposals for renewals and new business.Respond to telephone calls and written inquiries from clients and underwriters.Work with the Client Executives and Client Service Managers in negotiating with Insurers and/or changes, renewals and new business where applicable.Review policy wordings and other documentation for accuracy and completeness and as required, notes and corrects errors.Create abeyance and follow up for outstanding items from underwriters, markets and clients.Market own new business and renewals when necessary.Monitor and follow up on outstanding client’s receivables.Create and streamline processes.Responsible for monthly Bordeaux, where requiredInvoice and manage receivables.Other miscellaneous duties and special projects as required.Our Ideal Candidate
3 to 5 years’ in insurance brokerage.Insurance broker's license issued by the AMFBilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and in English as the candidate will be required to interact in English with stakeholders (colleagues and clients) outside Quebec.Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).Good knowledge of markets and their policy wordingsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work well independently, as part of a teamStrong experience with Microsoft Office applicationsGood knowledge of Intact Broker Portal and EPIC is an assetEffective time management and organizational skillsCustomer focused and service oriented.High attention to detail.Who we are
