Job Description

Responsabilités :

  • Effectuer la conciliation bancaire et la facturation des services liés aux voyages.
  • Classer et organiser les documents administratifs relatifs aux déplacements.
  • Contacter les fournisseurs pour confirmer les services et régler les questions administratives.
  • Effectuer la saisie et la mise à jour des données dans les systèmes internes.
  • Offrir un soutien administratif à l’équipe de conseillers en voyage.
  • Participer à la coordination des déplacements (aérien, hôtel, transport terrestre) lorsque requis.
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche administrative connexe demandée par le superviseur immédiat.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform bank reconciliation and billing for travel-related services.
  • File and organize administrative documents related to travel arrangements.
  • Contact suppliers to confirm services and resolve administrative issues.
  • Enter and update data in internal systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the travel advisors team.
  • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements (air, hotel, ground transportation) when required.
  • Carry out any other related administrative tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

EXIGENCES

  • Minimum de deux (2) années d’expérience en soutien administratif ou en coordination.
  • Connaissance intermédiaire des systèmes informatiques et des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail.
  • Professionnalisme, autonomie et capacité à travailler en équipe.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit (la connaissance d’autres langues constitue un atout).
  • Intérêt marqué pour le domaine du voyage et motivation à évoluer vers un poste de conseiller en voyage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in administrative support or coordination.
  • Intermediate knowledge of computer systems and office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professionalism, autonomy, and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written (knowledge of other languages is an asset).
  • Strong interest in the travel industry and motivation to grow into a travel advisor role.
