A company specializing in the distribution of commercial printing paper and packaging equipment is looking for a versatile Office Clerk for a temporary position of indeterminate duration.

Advantages

Position located in Anjou, in East Montreal
-Salary: $20 - 24 /hour

- Schedule:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 08:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
-Duration:
Temporary assignment of indeterminate/unspecified duration (or: Long-term temporary mandate)
-Parking:
On-site parking available

Responsibilities
Mail Management:
Receiving, sorting, drafting, and sending physical mail and emails.

Organization, filing, and archiving of administrative records (both physical and digital).

Data entry.

Tracking and processing of customer or supplier orders.

Data entry (Excel).

Generating Excel reports based on data entry.

Follow-up on missing documentation with the logistics department.

Verification and validation of invoices.

Qualifications
Bilingual:
English and French.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to multitask effectively.
