A company specializing in the distribution of commercial printing paper and packaging equipment is looking for a versatile receptionist for a temporary position of indeterminate duration.

Advantages

Position located in Anjou, in East Montreal
-Salary: $21/hour

- Schedule:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 12:00 a.m. to 8p.m.
-Duration:
Temporary assignment of indeterminate/unspecified duration (or: Long-term temporary mandate)
-Parking:
On-site parking available

Responsibilities
Mail & Correspondence Management:
Receiving, sorting, drafting, and dispatching physical mail and emails.

Administrative Filing & Archiving:
Organizing and maintaining physical and digital records and files.

Data Entry:
Accurate input and updating of information into company systems.

Order Processing:
Tracking and handling customer and supplier orders.

Qualifications
Bilingual:
English and French.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to multitask effectively.
