Provide extraordinary service to our employees who communicate with our Service Center Payroll;
• Respond to various Payroll questions
• Learn the basics of payroll Functions
• Collaborate with managers, employees and human resources business partners
• Work under a collective Agreement environment
• Enter data into our Payroll systemsParticipate in the continuous improvement and development of best practices in Payroll Functions;
• Document our practices;
• Perform data analysis;
• Participate in various special projects;How to thrive in this role?
You are studying for a bachelor's degree in administration (preferably in human resources);You are a highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills (written and oral) in both official languages (French and English);You are a rigorous person who pays attention to detail;You are an organized and structured person;You have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;You are creative and proactive in problem solving;You can uphold strict confidentiality when required;You worked well under pressure and in a dynamic environment;You have excellent Excel and computer skills;You have an attitude that combines autonomy and discretion;You are available to work 40hrs per week;You are available to work on-site (5 days per week).
