Your Impact and Responsibilities
The Gatekeeper:
Manage the central hub of office communications, directing calls and inquiries with precision.

Experience Creator:
Leverage your expertise in Customer Relations to provide a seamless, welcoming experience for customers, suppliers, and internal staff.

Operational Support:
Maintain office efficiency by assisting the administrative team with essential clerical tasks.

Bilingual Communication:
Conduct the majority of daily operations in French, while utilizing intermediate English to professionally assist visitors or callers from outside Quebec.

Responsibilities
The Receptionist will be responsible for the following:

• Welcoming and directing visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.

• Managing the switchboard, screening incoming calls, and transferring communications.

• Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail, packages, and deliveries.

• Managing and coordinating meeting rooms, including booking and logistical preparation.

• Performing various administrative and office support tasks for the team (filing, photocopying, data entry, etc.).

• Maintaining the order and cleanliness of the reception area and common areas.

• Assisting with the coordination of office supplies inventory and placing orders.

• Managing general emails and responding to basic information requests.

Qualifications

Qualifications for Success
To excel as our Receptionist, you should possess:

Bilingual Communication:
Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential, complemented by intermediate English skills for professional interactions outside of Quebec.

Experience:

Proven track record in a receptionist, hospitality, or high-end administrative role.
