Description of Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
Customer Service and Communications
Answer company phone calls and emails
Provide professional and courteous customer service
Receive, screen, and forward inquiries to the appropriate parties
Handle complaints and resolve problematic situations with diplomacy
Conduct follow-ups with clients
Billing and Accounts Receivable
Prepare and issue invoices
Monitor payments and accounts receivable
Communicate with clients regarding payment reminders
Maintain up-to-date financial records
Collaborate with management on administrative follow-up
Research and Procurement
Research materials and suppliers
Request quotes and compare pricing
Track and follow up on orders
Maintain records of purchases and suppliers
Marketing and Social Media
Manage the company’s social media accounts
Publish promotional and informational content
Respond to online messages and comments
Assist in developing marketing strategies
Update digital platforms and advertisements
General Administration
File and organize company records
Manage administrative documentation
Prepare documents and reports
Provide administrative support to management
