Location:

This role involves performing end-to-end document management activities, ensuring compliance with standards and safeguarding the integrity of critical documentation.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Quebec French (mandatory)
- Experience in accounts documentation or financial operations in a corporate or banking environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred;
Business Administration, Finance, and Accounting preferred - Foundational proficiency in Change Management
- Intermediate proficiency in Electronic Documentation Management Systems, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Assessments, Financial Analysis, Problem Solving, Collaboration, Time Management, and Detail-Oriented skills
- Advanced proficiency in Data Analysis Tools
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in Quebec or familiarity with local regulatory standards
- Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience
- Execute updated core document management processes to create efficiencies and improve operational performance
- Advise and guide on sales legal documentation to clients and internal partners
- Manage the document database and mitigate risks within document management processes
- Support in formulating and updating document retention guidelines and policies
- Draft reports on document management metrics and operational performance
- Prepare necessary documentation for audits, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations
- Analyze higher-risk client requests, verifying proper authorizations
- Execute change management initiatives for process improvements
- Manage end-to-end document workflows for deposit accounts, client onboarding, and treasury services
- Ensure completeness and correctness of account documentation
- Organize, secure, and mitigate risks in document processes
- Think creatively and propose new solutions
- Exercise judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems
