Our client, a leader in administrative and financial support services within the banking sector, is seeking a COORDONNATEUR – BUDGET RH & FACTURATION to join their team.

As a COORDONNATEUR – BUDGET RH & FACTURATION, you will be part of the Human Resources department, providing essential support to both the procurement and financial documentation teams.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive, solution‑oriented attitude—qualities that will ensure success within the organization.

Job Title: Coordinator, Billing and HR Budget

Location: Montreal, QC

Pay Range: $55,000 - $70,000

Shift: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (flexible hours), hybrid

What's the Job?

  • Manage the creation, processing, and monitoring of purchase orders (PO) for goods and services.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to validate procurement needs and timelines.
  • Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices for timely payments.
  • Monitor invoice status and follow up on discrepancies or delays.
  • Support budget tracking and reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

What's Needed?

  • Post-secondary education in business administration, finance, or related field.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement, financial operations, or administrative support.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with invoice processing systems (e.g., Service Now). Experience with Concur platform is an asset.
