Nous sommes à la recherche d’un.e. adjoint.e au soutien marketing minutieux.se pour se joindre à notre équipe des programmes et promotions marketing à temps partiel. Ce rôle est principalement axé sur la saisie de données et la mise à jour de notre base de données produits, ainsi que sur le contrôle de la qualité des trousses PLV (publicité sur le lieu de vente), de la signalisation et des circulaires promotionnelles afin d’en assurer l’exactitude.

La personne retenue offrira également un soutien à la coordination et une assistance sur place lors d’événements en magasin pendant l’été.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Effectuer la saisie et le nettoyage des données dans la base de données produits afin de garantir des informations à jour et exemptes d’erreurs.
  • Réviser les trousses PLV, la signalisation et les circulaires pour détecter les erreurs, incohérences ou omissions avant leur distribution.
  • Participer à la coordination et à la mise en œuvre des événements promotionnels estivaux, y compris une présence sur place au besoin.
  • Soutenir l’équipe marketing dans diverses tâches administratives liées au matériel promotionnel et à la logistique des événements.

  • Excellente attention aux détails et fortes aptitudes organisationnelles.
  • Maîtrise des notions de base en gestion de données et aisance avec les bases de données ou les tableurs.

  • À l’aise avec le multitâche et la participation à la coordination d’événements.
  • Une expérience préalable en soutien marketing ou dans un environnement de vente au détail est un atout, mais non requise.
