Plan and flawlessly execute small sized events (approx. 20-50 attendees) - customer briefings and meetings, virtual webcasts, and PR eventsEnsure Bombardier brand is well represented at eventsResearch, recommend, select and manage suppliers to support eventsPreparing virtual event evites and event web landing pagesCoordinates and validates shipments and related communications: collateral lists, shipping lists/ memos.Assists with shows and events inventoryProvide support for internal & external event attendeesCreate and communicate Event Information PackagesSupport sponsorship opportunities at Bombardier events (create, solicit potential partners, distribute sponsorship package, invoice and collect revenue)Manage invoice payment process, PO creation and budgetsDuring your internship, you will learn:
Manage million dollars budgets with Excel, create event scenarios in Word, prepare executive level presentations in Power Point.Develop your attention to detail, and organization skills, while constantly pushing your creativityParticipate to small- and large-scale events, in our Montreal plants or exceptional venues (hotels, F1, Golf, etc).What we are looking for:
You have Very Good interpersonal, telephone and written skillsYou are Bilingual (French-English), written and spokenYou have Event or Customer Relations experienceYou have a keen interest in international businessYou have strong Excel and PowerPoint skillsYou are meticulous and organized.
