We are currently looking for a receptionist for a reputable company in Dorval. This position is a temporary contract for 3-6 months with the possibility of extension. This person will be required to do various tasks throughout their day. The receptionist will be able to wear many hats in the company.
Advantages
Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM
Salary $20-25/hr (based on experience)
Contract for 3-6 months with possibility of extension

Responsibilities
Meeting and greeting clients.
Booking meetings.
Arranging couriers.
Keeping the reception area tidy.
Answering and forwarding phone calls.
Screening phone calls.
Sorting and distributing post
Scanning and filing
Invoicing and date entry tasks
Qualifications
Must be perfectly bilingual English/ French (Written and Spoken)
Good communication skills
Administrative experience
Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook )
Have experience dealing with customers
Might have some translation involved
Filing, scanning and emails
