• Liaise with organizational learning business partners to assess training requests and prioritize them to meet required deadlines.
• Create training schedules, confirm duration, book classrooms and optimize capacity.
• Handle data entry to assign skills and certifications to employees who have completed training.
• Update the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Support special projects such as process improvement, the French language program, the new LMS implementation (e.g., Power BI integration), and ad hoc requests.
• Update Excel file databases.
• Tasks may evolve based on the intern’s learning curve.

• You are currently completing a Bachelor's degree in Administration or Human Resources.
• If you are in a Bachelor's program, you have completed a minimum of two study terms in this program.
• You have strong communication skills in both spoken and written French and English.
• You have good organizational and planning skills.
• You possess solid computer skills (Windows and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is an asset).
• You demonstrate good judgment and work well in a multidisciplinary team.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
