Make an impact with our Administration team as an Executive Assistant. This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to the success of the firm by supporting internal and external clients, as well as one to multiple executives. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, events, and travel arrangements
Manage executive calendars and email communication
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute accordingly
Enhance client relationships through prompt communication and addressing queries and managing and updating accounts in the CRM platform
Review, modify, and prepare documents, reports, and presentation
Facilitate communication to and from leaders across the Firm
Prepare and submit expense reports
Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
Provide backup support during absences and collaborate with other team members
Contribute to process improvements and new ideas
Skills and Experience 3-5 years of experience supporting one to multiple executives in an executive assistant role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams; familiarity with SharePoint is an asset
Ability to pivot and/or prioritize multiple projects and deadlines efficiently and accurately
Sound judgment when dealing with unexpected changes or ambiguity
High degree of initiative, confidence, and attention to detail
Experience in a professional services environment preferred

The annual salary range for this position is: $50000 - $80000.
Compensation is determined based on individual skills and relevant experience.
