Position: Sales Coordinator for Americas Team

Elevate customer satisfaction as a Sales Coordinator for the Americas at our company. Oversee client administration and logistics while ensuring operational efficiency and support.

Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager, this role emphasizes coordination across operations and logistics to support the sales team. You will manage customer orders, prepare shipping documentation, and communicate proactively with clients to keep them informed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely follow-up on customer orders for deliveries

• Enter and coordinate shipments across international regions

• Prepare shipping documents like invoices and packing lists

• Communicate proactively with clients about order status

• Maintain accurate customer records and logistics specifications

Requirements:

• Vocational or college diploma in relevant fields

• Minimum three years in an administrative or coordination role

• Excellent written and spoken French and advanced English skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Cognos familiarity preferred

• Strong organizational skills with a customer service focus
